The staff were fabulously friendly. Location was good to go around the island. - It was not too far from Gili Islands. We had such a comfortable stay during our visit.

The staff was welcoming, the bed was comfy. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Pizzeria Regina couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

A safe, a mini bar, and a TV set with satellite channels were available in my villa. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Gili Trawangan Turtle Hatchery. The staff were all kind and great.

The rooms at this place are modern and clean with incredibly comfortable beds.

The location was excellent, within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Had a spotless, spacious room with a balcony and a super comfortable king-size bed. - All the staff were very nice.

During my recent stay at Gili T Sugar Shack, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received from Rika and Will upon arrival. The building itself has a charming alpine vibe, and my room was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The comfortable bed and refreshing air conditioning made for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were especially impressive, with exquisite finishing touches. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Will and savored it on my balcony. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the main strip. Despite the slight darkness on the streets at night, the hotel provided torches for our convenience. After a long day on the beach or a night of partying, coming back to my incredible room was always something to look forward to. I highly recommend Gili T Sugar Shack for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room could have been more effective. However, considering the overall experience, this was insignificant.

The upgraded room was very comfortable with a king-size bed and a lovely balcony; the staff we met were incredibly friendly and excellent.

The environment and hotel are amazing, with a nice room and pool. Taat provided excellent service and great memories. Friendly staff treated us like friends. Resort organized dinner outings. Tidy place with a cool bathroom.
